A top-quality foodgrade high gelling spray dried hen egg white powder. Used within baits to produce a firm, skinned finish to prolong carp baits to stay longer intact under water. It has a protein content of 80% minimum. Often used together with whole egg powder to eliminate the use of eggs and thus to be able to increase the use of liquid foods within carpbaits.
